Abstract

This study is about "Factors Affecting Organizational Commitment Employees of the Lao Air Navigation Services Case". The objective of the study is twofold: (1) to evaluate level of importance of Organizational Commitment factors; and (2) to investigate the extent to which Organization Commitment factors affect Organizational Commitment Employees of the Lao Air Navigation Services. This is quantitative research that collects the information from 195 staffs. The data analysis consists of frequency, percent, mean, standard deviation, and Multiple Regression Analysis is also used. The results show that Organizational Commitment Employee of the Lao Air Navigation Services is at high level. (1) Employees of the Lao Air Navigation Services provided high mean score in 4 factors affect Organizational Commitment Employees; The factor that receives the highest mean score is motivational factor, followed by working experience factor, maintenance factor, job characteristics. Furthermore, (2) the factor that highly impacts the Organizational Commitment Employee of the Lao Air Navigation Services is working experience factor (R2 = 0.217), followed by motivational factor (R2 = 0.155), job characteristics (R2 = 0.144), and maintenance factor (R2 = 0.140) respectively. All of factors have positive impact with a statistical significance level 0.05.
