ໃນການຂຽນບົດຈົບຊັ້ນຄັ້ງນີ້, ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າໄດ້ສຶກສາໃນຫົວຂໍ້ “ປັດໄຈຕົວກຳນົດການເລືອກ ບໍລິການປື້ມອ່ານເອກະສານອ່ານທາງອອນລາຍຂອງ ຫໍສະໝຸດ ຄສບ ໃນການສຶກສາຄັ້ງນີ້ໄດ້ຕັ້ງ ຈຸດປະສົງຫຼັກໄວ້ 2 ຈຸດປະສົງ: 1) ສະພາບທົ່ວໄປຂອງການນໍາໃຊ້ຫໍສະມຸດແລະຫໍສະຫມຸດອອນ ລາຍຢູ່ ຄະນະເສດຖະສາດ ແລະ ບໍລິຫານທຸລະກິດ ແລະ 2) ຕົວກຳນົດການນໍາໃຊ້ການບໍລິການ ຫໍສະຫມຸດອອນລາຍຂອງ ຄະນະເສດຖະສາດ ແລະ ບໍລິຫານທຸລະກິດ. ຂໍ້ມູນທີ່ໃຊ້ໃນການສຶກສາ ຄັ້ງນີ້ມີທັງໝົດ 385 ກຸ່ມຕົວຢ່າງ ທີ່ໄດ້ຈາກການເເຈກຢາຍເເບບສອບທັງເຊິ່ງໜ້າ ແລະ ອອນລາຍ ໃນປີ 2024 ເຊິ່ງໄດ້ໃຊ້ເຄື່ອງມືທາງສະຖິຕິຕ່າງໆເຊັ່ນ: ຈໍານວນອັດຕາສ່ວນຮ້ອຍ, ຄ່າສະເລ່ຍ ແລະ ຄ່າຜັນປ່ຽນມາດຕະຖານເປັນຕົ້ນ. ຈາກຜົນການສຶກສາເຫັນວ່າ: ເພດສວ່ນໃຫຍ່ ແມ່ນເພດຍິງ, ອາຍຸ ສວ່ນໃຫຍ່ ແມ່ນ 21 ປີ ຫາ 22 ປີ, ປີສຶກສາສວ່ນໃຫຍ່ແມ່ນ ປະລິນຍາຕີປີທີ 4, ສາຂາຮຽນສ່ວນ ໃຫ່ຍເເມ່ນ ສາຂາການຕະຫຼາດ, ພູມລໍາເນົາສວ່ນໃຫຍເເມ່ນ ຄົນພາກກາງ, ຊົນເຜົ່າສວ່ນໃຫຍ່ແມ່ນ ເຜົ່າລາວ ລາຄາກອບປີ້ເອກະສານສວ່ນໃຫຍ່ແມ່ນ 600-1000 ກີບຕໍ່ໜ້າ, ການເປັນສະມາຊິກຫໍສະ ໝຸດຄສບສວ່ນໃຫຍ່ແມ່ນເປັນສະມາຊິກສາຫໍສະໝຸດ ຄສບ, ການໃຊ້ຊົ່ວໂມງອ່ານສວ່ນໃຫຍ່ແມ່ນ 2 ຊົ່ວໂມງ, ການເປັນສະມາຊິກຫໍສະໝຸດກາງສ່ວນໃຫຍ່ເເມ່ນ ບໍ່ເປັນສະມາຊິກຫໍສະໝຸດກາງ, ປະສົບ ການເຄີຍອ່ານເອກະສານສ່ວນໃຫຍ່ເເມ່ນມີປະສົບການອ່ານເອກະສານອອນລາຍ, ປະສົບການເຄີຍ ຊື້ປື້ມດ້ວຍງົບຕົນເອງສວ່ນໃຫຍ່ແມ່ນບໍ່ເຄີຍຊື້ປື້ມດ້ວຍງົບຕົນເອງ ແລະ ໃຊ້ບໍລິການອອນລາຍແມ່ນ ບໍລິການອອນລາຍ ໂດຍນໍາໃຊ້ໂປແກຣມ SPSS 26.
ນອກຈາກນັ້ນຍັງນໍາໃຊ້ເສດຖະມິຕິ STATA 18 ເຂົ້າມາຊ່ວຍໃນການວິເຄາະຂໍ້ມູນເເບບຈໍາ ລອງໃນການຄາດປະມານຜົນໂດຍໃຊ້ Logistic Regression Model. ຜົນການຄາດປະມານໃນ ເເບບຈໍາລອງເຫັນວ່າ: ຕົວປ່ຽນອິດສະຫຼະທີ່ມີຜົນຕໍ່ການສ້າງຜົນຕໍ່ເລືອກບໍລິການປື້ມອ່ານ ເອກະສານອ່ານທາງອອນລາຍຂອງ ຫໍສະໝຸດ ຄສບ, ປະກອບມີ: ປະລິນຍາໂທ (sy2), ສາຂາການ ຕະຫຼາດ (fd1), ສາຂາບໍລິຫານທຸລະກິດທົ່ວໄປ (fd2), ສາຂາການຄ້າ (fd3), ສາຂາເສດຖະສາດນໍາ ໃຊ້(fd4), ສາຂາການບັນຊີການເງິນ (fd5), ສາຂາການເງິນການທະນາຄານ (fd6), ສາຂາພາສີ ອາກອນ (fd9), ສາຂາການຄ້າອີເລັກໂທນິກ (fd10), ລາຄາກອບປີ້ເອກະສານ (cp), ການເປັນ ສະມາຊິກຫໍສະໝຸດ ຄສບ (mem), ຄົນພາກກາງ(lo1), ຄົນຊົນເຜົ່າລາວ (et1) ຄົນຊົນເຜົ່າມົ້ງ (et2) ແລະ ຄົນຊົນເຜົ່າກຶມມຸ (et3) ໂດຍມີຄວາມສໍາຄັນທາງສະຖິຕິ.
Abstract
This project studied the factors determining the choice of online service provided
by the FEB Library using a logit model. There were two main objectives: 1) to study the
overall choice of online service provided by the FEB Library, and 2) to study the factors
determining the choice of online service provided by the FEB Library. The data used in
this study included 385 samples collected from offline and online questionnaires
distributed in 2024. The data was analyzed using statistical techniques such as frequency,
percentage, average, and standard deviation. This study showed that most respondents
were female 21-22-year-old seniors from the marketing field, paying between 600-1,000
kip per page, with FEB library memberships, reading for 2 hours, without central library
memberships, having online reading experience but not book purchase experience,
residing in middle locations, belonging to the Lao ethnicity, and having used online
services previously. All analyses were conducted using SPSS 26.
Moreover, logistic regression models were used in STATA 18 for further analysis.
The results indicate that the following variables significantly determine the choice of
online service provided by the FEB Library: Master's degree, marketing field, business
field, trade field, applied economics field, accounting and financial field, financial and
banking field, tax field, electric trade field, copy price, membership, middle location, Lao
ethnicity, Muong ethnicity, and Kumu ethnicity.
